1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the monetizeyour.bio platform. By registering for or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Service Description
monetizeyour.bio is a free platform that allows users to create personalized bio link pages. Advertisements are displayed on these pages, and the resulting ad revenue is shared 50/50 with the respective page owner.
3. User Obligations
As a user, you agree to:
- Not publish illegal, harassing, or fraudulent content
- Not distribute spam links or malware
- Not use copyrighted material without authorization
- Not generate artificial clicks or impressions
- Provide truthful account information
4. Ad Revenue
Users receive 50% of the net advertising revenue generated by ads displayed on their bio page. Payouts are available once the minimum threshold of EUR 10.00 is reached. We reserve the right to withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraudulent activity. Revenue is calculated on a monthly basis.
5. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms of Service. Users may delete their account at any time via account settings. Upon termination, unpaid balances below the minimum payout threshold are forfeited.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of the service. Liability is limited to the amount paid out to the user in the preceding 12 months.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
